The information contained in any correspondence with us along with your email address and other details will only be used by Selsey Camera Club and the members of the committee in order to respond to your particular enquiry. The information that is held on you, will not be shared or given to any third party. Your details may be retained on file and used to contact you in the future with information that is relevant to Selsey Camera Club and to inform you of any special events.

We store this information to contact you about future meetings, and events relevant to the club.
We do not share your personal information with any third parties.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure, to ensure this, your information is not stored on the club’s website.
Retention of data
Our policy is to review all data held on individuals at least every two years and remove data where we no longer have a legitimate reason to keep it
Updating your personal information
You can contact us at any time at agstorey@aol.com to update or correct the data we hold on you, or to request that we stop using such data. We undertake to do so promptly.

Any links to any other sites, does not mean that Selsey Camera Club endorses, or accepts any responsibility for the content or the accuracy of any promotions, offers or information contained therein. That in accessing the Selsey Camera Club website that you have the necessary protection from “viruses”, “Trojan horses” or any other items that may cause malicious damage or construction, and have taken all precautionary measures prior to undertaking any downloads.
